If you're not happy with your order, let us know and we'll make it right. You can return the item and get a new one in a different color, size, or style. If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you can also return it. Just make sure it's unused and in the same condition with its original packaging and tags. You have 28 days from the delivery date to make a return. Please note that we don't accept returns or exchanges for gift certificates, jewellery, bags, and sunglasses, unless there's a manufacturing defect.

 

What is Stitch Lane 10 days return & exchange policy? How does it work?

10 days returns policy gives you an option to return items purchased from Stitch Lane website for any reason from the date of receipt of the item. We will only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

Exchange:

Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size exchange. If you wish to exchange  your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain store credit  and purchase the new item separately.

Return / Refund:

In this case, a reverse pickup will be initiated and the products will be picked up from your location. Once the items have passed quality check, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method or as store credits. Please note that for all Cash On Delivery Orders (Standard and/or Express) the refund initiated will be in the form of store credits only (deduction as applicable). Restocking and transportation charges of Rs.150 will be deducted per item. Refunds to payment method can take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. Refund to store credits are instant.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our 10s days Return & Exchange Policy:

  1. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact ( No Returns on Jewelry& Handbags)
  2. Items purchased under any promotional SALE or Offer are valid for return with refund processed as Gift Card.
  3. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Stitch Lane website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
  4. In case your pin code is unavailable for reverse pickup, you would have to self-ship your return/exchange package to Faby Finesse Pvt. Ltd. (Stitchlane) 5H ,Tiljala Road, (1st Floor), Near Bondel Gate, Kolkata 700039 and email us the AWB number along with order id on info@stitchlane.co.
  5. Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. A fixed amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed to your Stitch Lane account as credit subject to the return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy
  6. Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your Stitch lane account.
  7. Please check the items, type of return/exchange, and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the return/exchange request by you
  8. In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly.
  9. If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.

 

Important Terms & Conditions for Return/Refund & Exchange requests

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. jewellery must be packed in the original jewellery box)
  • Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team.
  • In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
